Mr. Vivek Mallya is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998, holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Mysore University (2006), and has been registered as an Insolvency Resolution Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) since 2017 with over 27 years of leadership experience in public sector governance, taxation, strategic disinvestments, and global advisory services. He has also served as an Independent Director on the Boards of ONGC & MRPL. He was formerly a Partner at PwC and a member of the India Advisory Board of Thomson Reuters Corporation and also led SOX Compliance team for India. He has also led as President, one of Bangalore’s largest NGO’s for over 7 years, impacting 14.8+ lakh lives in education, health and women empowerment.
